Dena (Harp) Quirk
Amarillo, TX

Dear Clymer family - I used to stay with Cindy and Tonya (and sometimes others) while the grown-ups went dancing. Mrs. Clymer was always up for fun and get togethers! She was so nice and thoughtful of me and my family growing up and through the years when we'd see her out & about. Always smiling and happy to see friends! So glad your memory banks are full of countless stories to share of your Mom! Peace be with you.

Clymer Family- My condolences to each of you for the loss of Doris. My friendship with Doris goes back many years with our involvement with CISD- (Gene Howe) PTA- and Red Hatters.
There were times from my observation she didn't feel well. She never complained and kept doing what she committed to do till she finished/ she enjoyed volunteering and serving others.
Now, she is among the angels in heaven & resting peacefully.
Doris is a blessing to me .... I will remember her always!

Even though we have never met in face-to-face, I am thankful to Dorismae for her loving response to my recent request for information regarding our family (we are 1st Cousins via our Fathers, Charles & Preston). Because of her I have been able to connect with others in our generation in our family for which I am very thankful. God bless Dorismae, her family and friends.

Temecula, CA

Bill, We are saddened to hear the news. Doris will be remembered by all who knew her as a spunky and caring person. We think of you two as family and you are in our thoughts during this difficult time. Immediately when I saw the news I couldn’t help but think of what you told me that Doris said she was “ready to go home to heaven”. She is most certainly there now. We love you both. -Jenni, Sean, Kayla and Kendall

I have so many great memories of Doris. She was a brave soul to always let us girls spend the night. I loved to hear her laugh at us and with us. She invested in the lives of many. I count it a blessing to have been one of those lives.

Dean & Karan Garrett
Altus, OK

Dorismae became our friend many years ago when her parents lived in Altus. She was a lovely Christian lady and a super hostess. I remember when she was so ill and spent a lot of time in treatment in Denver. Many friends in Altus prayed for her and rejoiced when she regained her health. She always spoke with much pride about Bill, her daughters and grandchildren. We send our heartfelt condolences to her family.
