Cox Funeral Home - Amarillo, Texas

There were so many times growing up that I disliked coming to your house. But now, as an adult and as I look back, I appreciate those times and those shared moments. I enjoyed our games of scrabble, and, ant, the stacking monkey game, tea times. I look back and I see myself enjoying the bonding time we had as I became and adult and started to find myself. It's the small things and the small pieces of advice that helped. I regret not calling and writing and visiting as much in my adult years, and I will certainly miss you with every fiber in me. I wish our family hope and happiness. And I wish you peace gramma.

Dear Family: I did not really know your Mom personally. I am also a member of Paramount Baptist Church. In earlier years she was so faithful to bring children to Sunday School. I taught 3rd and 4th graders and remember her taking them to their room. Such a faithful servant of God. I admired her courage and strength. I pray God's comfort will be ever present and you real comments and hear stories of Ms. Holland. Janet Chapman

Frances, It is so hard to believe you have gone to heaven but I know that there is much joy there sitting in the presence of our savior Jesus Christ. Thank you for being the sweetest and most kind neighbor when we lived across the street from you on Lometa. I can still see you taking your daily walks to Paramount Park. Thank You for the precious time you gave babysitting Kylie. Kylie now has 2 babies of her own and one on the way. I'm glad I got to see you a couple of years ago at Walmart I just wished it wouldn't have been the last time. There were so many times I wondered how you were everytime we drove on 34th Street and I regret now not stopping by to say "Hi". I will miss you sweet lady...Rest in Peace.
