It deeply saddens me to learn of Mrs. Rader' s passing. I spent a lot of time with her kids in the early 90's as I was new to the neighborhood. Very loving, welcoming family, all of them. I have so many dear and fun memories at their house or keeping in touch with them, they did feel like family. MichaMichael was one of my close friends when we were young, and I can still remember Mama Jo yelling to Michael from another room, "Mich-Aaaeel" to check on what he was up to as he put every meaning in to the word Mom, lol. Love the Rader family---Mike and Michael, my deepest condolences to you, my heart is definitely heavy for you right now. I've always always always enjoyed seeing Jo and giving her a great big hug. The world is truly missing an incredible woman right now.....Sending my love and hugs to alll all of her family right now. I am so sorry for your great loss right now. - Sharon L.

I knew Jo from 6th Street and several other antique shops. I loved how she said what was on her mind :). I will always treasure my huge yellow ware crock/bowl that I bought from her. She always said she had the size larger than I had bought just in case we ever broke ours. Now I will always think of Jo with love when using the bowl - usually at Christmas for stuffing. She will be missed. Godspeed Jo. much love...

Jo was a wonderful friend to all who knew her. We became friends at college. She had a personality and heart as big as Texas, and will be sadly missed by many. Prayers to her family.
